A half-perforated stainless steel griddle plate that lets you grill and griddle over the same charcoal fire.
Product Description
The Rozza Griddle Plate fits over half the cooking area of your Rozza BBQ, leaving the other half open for grilling. The rotisserie can keep turning with the plate in place, so you can cook sliced peppers or courgettes while the main dish turns over the coals.
The plate combines a solid section for contact searing with a perforated section that lets heat from the coals reach the food more directly. Use the solid section to brown meat or cook thinly sliced onions, and the perforated section to char vegetables while keeping smaller pieces supported.
Made from 316-grade stainless steel, this plate gives you both cooking surfaces in one accessory.
Compatibility
The Griddle Plate is available separately for the Rozza Core. It’s already included with the Rozza Pro and Pro+ packages.
