A smooth, 3 mm stainless steel griddle plate for flat-top cooking on your Rozza charcoal rotisserie BBQ.
Product Description
The Rozza Flat Griddle Plate gives you a solid cooking surface over charcoal. Fry eggs and bacon for a breakfast outdoors, pour pancake batter straight onto the plate, or press smash burgers onto the hot surface for a browned crust.
Made from 3 mm thick 316-grade stainless steel, the plate fits onto the Rozza BBQ while allowing the rotisserie to keep turning. You can fry sliced onions or warm flatbreads on the plate while meat turns on the spit.
Compatibility
The Flat Griddle Plate is available separately for the Rozza Core. It’s already included with the Rozza Pro and Pro+ packages.
