Product Description
The Rozza Fish Rack holds food between two sides of an adjustable rack as it turns over the coals. It’s useful for delicate fish and other foods that are awkward to thread onto a skewer. Try whole mackerel, a batch of sausages or burger patties cooked over charcoal.
Adjust the rack to suit the thickness of the food, then tighten the wing bolts to hold it in place. The rack rotates with the Rozza motor, exposing both sides of the food to the heat in turn. When the cook is finished, loosen the wing bolts to open the rack and lift the food out.
Made from 316 food-grade stainless steel, the rack is designed for regular use over charcoal and straightforward cleaning after cooking.
Compatibility
The Fish Rack is available individually as an accessory for the Rozza Core. One rack is already included with the Rozza Pro and Pro+ packages.
