The Moderno 3 Pizze is ideal for families, regular entertaining and outdoor kitchens where additional cooking capacity is useful without moving to the largest Alfa models. It offers more room than the 2 Pizze while remaining practical for patios, terraces and garden cooking areas.

Fuel and Performance

Available in a hybrid configuration or as a dedicated wood fired model, the Moderno 3 Pizze gives you complete flexibility. Alfa’s patented Flue System controls airflow, high density fire bricks retain heat and the oven reaches up to 500°C in around 30 minutes.
