The kit to turn your gas-fired oven into a wood-fired one
The patented Alfa Forni Hybrid Kit lets you easily transform your gas-fired oven into a wood-burning oven.
In just two simple steps, you can make the switch:

Place the lid over the left-side burner to shield it from soot and flame heat.

Use the holder to position your firewood securely.
This setup ensures the fire burns on the side opposite the burner—never directly over the burner lid. (Always check that the burner is functioning properly before switching back to gas.)
Crafted from durable AISI 441 stainless steel, the Hybrid Kit is engineered for convenience, allowing you to enjoy the ease of gas cooking with the rich flavor and atmosphere of a real wood fire.
