Designed and engineered in Britain. Roast, grill and griddle over a single charcoal fire.
Designed and engineered in Britain, Rozza takes its inspiration from traditional Greek rotisserie cooking. The motor turns the skewers steadily over the coals, so a whole chicken or a skewer of marinated lamb bastes in its own juices as it cooks.
Start with souvla skewers or a Sunday roast over charcoal. Add the fish rack or griddle plates and you can use the same fire for sea bass, smash burgers or flatbreads to serve alongside.
Rozza Core includes the charcoal rotisserie, motor and two skewers. Rozza Pro adds a fish rack, two griddle plates and skewer forks. Rozza Pro+ includes the Pro accessories and a dedicated stand for a freestanding setup.

The motor turns the food steadily over charcoal, so you can spit roast a whole chicken for Sunday lunch, cook marinated lamb for souvla or roast vegetable skewers over the same fire.
Start with the Core and add accessories as you go, or choose the Pro or Pro+ for a more complete setup. If you’re deciding which Rozza suits the way you cook, get in touch or use live chat and we’ll talk you through the options.
Follow the Rozza setup and cooking guide for step-by-step instructions on preparing the charcoal, fitting the motor and skewers, and adjusting the cooking height.
Let the BBQ cool completely before removing the skewers and any forks you used. Wipe away excess grease, then wash the removable metal parts in warm, soapy water with a soft brush or non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry them thoroughly. Clean the motor with a damp cloth only.
Once the BBQ is cool and dry, keep it in a sheltered spot or under a suitable protective cover to limit exposure to moisture. Remove the motor after use and store it somewhere dry and sheltered.
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat, clear of any bone, and check that it has reached the recommended safe temperature for the type of meat you are cooking.
Rozza provides a three-year warranty covering manufacturing defects when the rotisserie is used and maintained as intended.
