What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Depending on the size of the product ordered, we use a UK pallet company for curb side deliveries or delivery companies including FedEx, UPS or Royal Mail.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do. All shipping costs are calculated depending on the order size, weight and final delivery address. Note that import duties may apply and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
This depends on stock availability (some products are custom-made) and delivery address. We aim to delivery all orders within a timely fashion with communication of expected times shared regularly with the buyer.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also offer payments via BACS (with a supporting invoice generated).
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, all payments are collected via Stripe, an internationally recognised platform.

Return of goods can be place but all shipping costs must be met by the buyer unless the product is faulty.
