Two Chambers, Two Zones
The stainless steel partition instantly transforms your Twin Pro into two independent cooking chambers. With separate controls, you can:

When using the partition, the Twin Pro accommodates 1/4 GN trays and grids; without it, it fits 2/3 GN accessories.
