The Grill Box Mesh Grill Frame provides a fine grilling surface for cooking smaller or more delicate ingredients over live fire. Designed for use with the Grill Box Fire Cooking System, the mesh surface allows food to cook evenly over charcoal while preventing smaller items from falling through traditional grill bars.
Constructed from high quality stainless steel, the mesh grill is durable, heat resistant and designed to perform reliably in the high temperatures associated with charcoal grilling.
The mesh cooking surface is particularly well suited to seafood, vegetables, sliced meats and smaller ingredients that benefit from direct contact with a stable grilling surface. The open mesh structure still allows heat and smoke to circulate around the food, producing the characteristic flavour associated with cooking over charcoal.
Designed to sit securely above the Grill Box Konro Grill, the central firebox of the Grill Box Fire Cooking System, the Mesh Grill Frame allows food to cook evenly over radiant charcoal heat while retaining the control and versatility of the Grill Box system.
