The Grill Box Robata Frame brings the traditional Japanese technique of robata grilling to the Grill Box Fire Cooking System. Designed for precision charcoal cooking, the frame allows food to be cooked at different heights above the fire, giving cooks excellent control over temperature and cooking intensity.
Constructed entirely from high quality stainless steel, the Robata Frame is built to withstand the high temperatures associated with charcoal grilling while remaining durable and easy to maintain.
The frame features three cooking levels, allowing ingredients to be positioned at different heights above the fire. Food can be placed close to the heat for fast searing or raised higher for slower cooking, making it ideal for traditional robata style grilling.
With a generous 750 mm x 350 mm cooking area, the frame provides ample space for cooking yakitori skewers, seafood, vegetables, or small cuts of meat over glowing charcoal.
The Grill Box Robata Frame is designed to sit securely above the Grill Box Konro Grill, the central firebox and foundation of the Grill Box Fire Cooking System. When combined, the system creates a versatile charcoal cooking platform capable of producing the intense radiant heat required for authentic robata grilling.
