The Grill Box Asado Frame brings the traditional craft of South American fire cooking to the Grill Box Fire Cooking System. Designed for precise temperature control and versatility, this stainless steel frame allows cooks to raise or lower the grill height above the fire, giving exceptional control over the intensity of the heat.
Manufactured from high quality stainless steel, the Asado Frame is robust, durable, and designed to perform reliably in the demanding conditions of live fire cooking.
With a generous 750 mm x 350 mm cooking area, the frame provides ample space for cooking steaks, vegetables, seafood, or larger cuts slowly over glowing embers. The adjustable frame mechanism allows the cooking surface to be positioned closer to the fire for powerful searing or raised higher for slower, more controlled grilling.
The Grill Box Asado Frame is designed to sit securely above the Grill Box Konro Grill, the central firebox and foundation of the Grill Box Fire Cooking System. When combined, the system creates a highly versatile live fire cooking platform that blends the precision of Japanese charcoal grilling with the theatre of traditional asado cooking.
