This olive oil is crafted from a careful selection of the finest Correggiolo olives from three high-altitude groves on the Fontodi estate in Panzano. Positioned between 450 and 500 metres above sea level, two of the groves face southwest while the third faces north, benefiting from the estate’s cool climate. Giovanni personally selects the olives in the field throughout the season, applying the same meticulous approach he uses for his renowned Flaccianello wine.
