Height Adjustment:

The height-adjustable winch on a Flamery Asado BBQ puts precision control at your fingertips. Effortlessly raising or lowering the V-shaped grills by up to 200mm, it lets you fine-tune cooking temperatures with ease. From high-heat searing to slow-cooking and infusing smoky flavor, the winch ensures every dish is cooked to perfection.

Firebricks:

The base, rear, and sides of Flamery grills are lined with 32mm-thick refractory firebricks. Crafted from high-density fire clay, these bricks are designed for extreme heat applications such as BBQs, pizza ovens, stoves, and furnaces, and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1300°C.
